bioinfo@insa-lyon
The members of the bioinformatics@insa-lyon group develop an interdisciplinary research activity within two neighbor laboratories. They share complementary competences in next-generation sequencing analysis, statistics and modeling of biological processes.

The CRP team of the MAP laboratory is specialized in the regulation mechanisms of bacterial pathogenicity. In particular, using a combination of experimental techniques, we aim at understanding the role of bacterial chromatin in transcriptional regulation.
Research at BF2I is focused on the comprehension of the functions managing the interaction of specific insect pests (aphids and weevils) with their direct biological partners (host plants and symbiotic microorganisms), and aims at elucidating the molecular mechanisms that allow the establishment, maintenance and persistence of complex interactions in a multidisciplinary approach.
